About Mo
Mohamed Massaquoi is an organizational psychologist, former NFL wide receiver, and founder of VESSOL. After a distinguished football career, Mohamed transitioned into finance at Morgan Stanley before earning a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and completing Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development.

In 2017, a life-altering ATV accident resulted in the amputation of his left hand, deepening his insights into resilience and adaptability. Today, Mohamed leverages his compelling experiences to help organizations navigate transition, build resilience, and build high-performance teams.
During his time at the University of Georgia, he was the 2008 overall team captain, a first-team All-Southeastern Conference player, and an Academic All-SEC member. He was also honored as a member of the 2018 UGA 40 Under 40 class and served on the University of Georgia Alumni Board from 2017 to 2020.
